reliable stay close to st lazare
helpful staff convenient elevator excellent location
The front desk staff were helpful with train information. the elevator goes to all floors which was convenient. the location near gare st lazare made getting around easy. I also appreciated the proximity to local shops.
The room, while clean, felt a little small. it was hard to fully open two suitcases simultaneously. I wish there was more space to move around.

the express breakfast includes a large piece of bread and two mini croissants. good coffee and juice are provided as well, which i found convenient. it sufficed for a quick meal before sightseeing.

basic stay near saint lazare
broken air conditioning uncomfortable bed
I was a bit frustrated with the room. the air conditioning was not working correctly, and it made the room stuffy. the staff didn't seem to care much, suggesting i just open the window, it did not help. This was not a solution for me. also, the furniture looked old. the bed wasn't very comfortable either. it reminded me of a cheap motel, not what i expected.

adequate stay near gare saint-lazare
great location warm staff narrow hallway courtyard view
the location is superb. It is close to Gare Saint-Lazare and major attractions (i walked to many places!). The staff were warm and greeting.
the hallway to my room was narrow. i barely got my luggage through it. The inner courtyard view was not good (it faced a wall!).

The front desk staff seemed knowledgeable regarding the area. I found the room alright.
The price felt exorbitant for what I received. The room itself was basic. It seemed like I payed over the odds just because it is a hotel in Europe.

convenient location easy travel nearby restaurants basic room few amenities unjustified price
The hotel is located near a main station. This allows for easy travel to most tourist spots with a few metro connections. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel. The hotel serves ONLY breakfast.
The room was VERY basic with few amenities. The service felt minimal. the staff seemed unprofessional. PRICE gouging seemed apparent because of the location, but it didn't feel justified.

central location quiet room polite staff
the hotel's location is central. it is close to a train station. my room was quiet and clean. its size was suitable. staff members were polite.
the hallway to my room was narrow. i barely moved my luggage through it.

convenient location helpful staff nearby supermarket mildew smell wet carpet poor drainage
The hotel is in a very convenient location near the station. I was able to walk to many places. The staff were helpful when I asked for directions. I found a supermarket nearby too.
My room smelled like mildew. The carpet near the bathroom was wet. The shower didn't drain so well and the water went into the bathroom.
